SHIPPING WITH MONODROP
My first Order Once you choose your membership and your store is synchronized you are ready to go !! What happens when you receive your first order?
- Log in to www.monodrop.com Find the right product your customer purchased on your store * Make the same purchase and enter the contact information of your customer (Email, Address, Phone …)
- Check out and don’t forget to us e your discount code :) When your order is proceeded a tracking code is generated by our shipping partners . It is automatically texted and emailed to your customer so they can track their order.
For each order a Free return label is automatically generated. In case of damaged, incorrect item or size, not-matching the picture or description the customer has 14 days to contact the delivery service and arrange the hour, place of the pick up of the parcel. (Best keep the original package.) In case of missing label or issues with the delivery, please contact us to assist you throughout the process.
IMPORTANT *Please note that Monodrop is NOT responsible for the returns of discounted products or products purchased during “SALE” periods. *Please note that items purchased during any SALE campaigns on Monodrop net are NON-RETURNABLE.
Please ensure item(s) are in their original conditions and they should not smell or be worn outside. The package and if there is any, standard accessories of a product should be included without any damage in the package that you are returning and the product(s) should be in a position to sell again in the market (without any damage, dirt or being fixed).
